Software
Because communication adapter ETRANS use only existing standards no special software is delivered. For computer- server and ETRANS transmissions are used protocols TCP/IP a FTP. Hence on computer must be installed and executed FTP Server. FTP Server is a part of various operating systems (UNIX, Linux, Windows NT/2000/XP professional, ...), the other systems permit additional installation of FTP Server from other vendors (Windows 9x/ME, ...). Currently is on the market a big number of independent FTP servers from various manufacturers and are offered ( even very reliable ones) mostly as a ”freeware” (e.g. free of charge).
Company MEFI itself offers no FTP server but in Section "download" are links to other manufacturers
