Integrated PLC
An integrated Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) performs control algorithms by machine functions based on information from NC part which comes from the NC-PLC interface and from machine on/off inputs. The end organs of mechanism, function groups, aggregates and drives are controlled by digital outputs The software design is oriented to use PC computers. A user PLC program can be programmed offline on personal computer by WinTechnol software. The PLC program can be divided to independent files. The source program is assembled in integrated software WinTechnol and is downloaded via serial link ( 115200 Bd) or via diskette. For PLC program debugging software Win Technol contains a debugger, where on connected PC all I/O signals and internal variables are monitored. It is possible to run program step by step and set breakpoints. It is also possible to view a stage of an elaborated mechanism.
