NC programming
Programming is complied to ISO standards , absolutely or incrementally with possible using of partprograms macrocycles , fixed drilling or turner cycles and partprogram jumps. Using of parametrical programming with wide scale of arithmetic operations is also allowed. The technological partprograms can be created on various levels starting with a simple programming of machine blocks via classical method and ending with using high level CAD software environment on external design workshops. The external workshops can be connected via WINDOWS network. The software has possibility to create user oriented fixed cycles by using set of parameter’s arithmetic with set of mathematical and logical operations and conditional jumps.
High level design CAD/CAM system
The high level design system MefiCAM designed by COSCOM company specially for control systems MEFI CNC8x9. Is destined for creation of partprograms for turnery and milling in 2,5D. A support for turret partprograms creation is under construction.
MefiCAM runs on OS WINDOWS98, which is installed in control
system . Currently is not possible to use MefiCAM during machining -
it is necessary to interrupt machining and from system menu call OS
WINDOWS and MefiCAM.
